 سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع – Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

نحن حريصون على تقديم أفضل تجربة تسوق لكِ. يُرجى قراءة سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع الخاصة بنا بعناية:

• المعاينة والقياس عند الاستلام: يُتاح لكِ فتح الطرد، معاينة المنتجات، وقياسها فقط في وجود مندوب الشحن. بمجرد مغادرة المندوب، لا يمكنه العودة مرة أخرى لمعاينة الشحنة.
• إرجاع جزء من الشحنة مع المندوب: في حال قررتِ إرجاع بعض القطع من الطلب وتسليمها للمندوب فوراً
• رفض استلام الطلب بالكامل: في حال عدم استلام الطلب بالكامل ومغادرته مع المندوب، يتم دفع قيمة مصاريف الشحن فقط.
• الاستبدال والاسترجاع بعد الاستلام: يحق لكِ الإبلاغ عن رغبتكِ في الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 72 ساعة من وقت استلام الطلب، وذلك في الحالات التالية فقط:
  • إذا كان المنتج يحتوي على عيب مصنعي 
  • إذا كان المنتج مختلفاً عما تم طلبه.

آلية رد الأموال:

• يتم تنفيذ عملية الاسترجاع وفحص القطعة في المصنع خلال فترة تتراوح بين 7 إلى 15 يوم عمل.
• في حال الدفع نقداً أو عبر المحافظ الإلكترونية: يتم تحويل المبلغ المسترد عبر تطبيق InstaPay بعد معاينة القطعة من قبل المصنع.
• في حال الدفع بالبطاقة البنكية (الائتمانية): يتم استرداد المبلغ عبر الحساب البنكي للعميل، وتستغرق العملية من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل ليظهر
  المبلغ في حسابكِ (وفقاً لسياسة البنك التابع لكِ).

   

  • Inspection and Fitting Upon Delivery: You are allowed to open the package, inspect, and try on the items only while the delivery courier is present. Once the courier leaves the premises, they cannot return for inspection.
  • Partial Returns via the Courier: If you decide to return some items with the courier during delivery
  • Total Order Rejection: If you decide not to receive any items from the order, you will only be required to pay the shipping fees in full.
  • Post-Delivery Exchange and Return: You have the right to request an exchange or return within 72 hours from the time of delivery, under the following conditions:
    • If the product has a manufacturing defect 
    • If the product delivered does not match your order..

       

  • Refund Process:
    • Returns are processed and inspected at our factory within 7 to 15 business days.
    • For Cash on Delivery or Mobile Wallets: Refunds will be transferred via InstaPay after the item is inspected for quality assurance.
    • For Bank Card Payments (Credit/Debit): The amount will be refunded directly to your bank account, and the process takes between 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank’s policy
      

سياسة الشحن – Shipping Policy

• احتساب مصاريف الشحن: يتم احتساب وتأكيد مصاريف الشحن بمجرد خروج الطلب من مخازنا وبدء عملية الشحن.
• إلغاء الطلب بعد الشحن: في حال قمتِ بإلغاء الطلب بعد أن تم شحنه وتحركه مع المندوب، فإنكِ تلتزمين بدفع مصاريف الشحن كاملة.

   

• Shipping Fee Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated and applied as soon as the order is dispatched and shipped from our warehouse.
• Order Cancellation Post-Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped and is in transit, you are legally obligated to pay the shipping fees in full
